Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
UK Shipping We ship across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked services.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature — Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days, signature required on delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days, signature required on delivery
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Made-to-Order Items Some items in our range are made to order. Production times will be clearly stated on the product page. Please allow additional time for these items before dispatch.
Delays Whilst we do our best to meet delivery estimates, Black-ops Clothing cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.
